Your first subscription order is covered for 90 days from delivery. If you're not happy with it, email us within that window and we'll refund that order in full.
The guarantee covers your first subscription order only. Renewal orders that have already been charged and shipped aren't refundable, but you can skip, pause, or cancel future orders anytime. See our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
One-Time Purchases: 30-Day Guarantee
If you bought Magnesium Unwind as a one-time purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are not refunded.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@kehvo.com with your name and order number. A short note on why it didn't work for you helps us improve, but it's optional.
When You'll Get Your Money
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks show the refund within 5–10 business days.
Limits
The money-back guarantee applies once per customer and household. We may decline refund requests that show signs of abuse, such as repeated orders and refunds.
